We will reimburse (to you) up to 80% of your dog's health expense incurred at a state licensed veterinarian. We DO NOT reimburse for routine exams, wellness checks, dewormers, vaccinations, or wellness testing.

You pay for your dog's care and then submit your receipts to us. You can take a picture of your paid receipt and email them to us (WeCare@MyDogsID.com). We will verify each charge submitted with the veterinarian on record.

If your pet shows signs or symptoms of a new accident or illness after enrollment, and after any applicable waiting period (10 days after payment is received), it will be eligible for coverage. The MDID (My Dog's ID) Super Pup Plan covers medically necessary veterinary treatments, including but not limited to:

• Diagnostic testing such as x-rays and blood tests
• Hospitalization, including any treatments while in the hospital
• Surgeries
• Prescription medications
• Coverage for all dogs is $45/month or $515 annually in advance.
• Annual reimbursement (12 months from enrollment) is up to $3,000.
