My Dogs ID Return and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Since My Dogs ID provides a digital product there will be no actual physical returns. Once you have created and paid for an active account, after three (3) days, there will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Simply cancel your annual billing and your card won't be billed for the next year.


If a Microchip fails to read, then we will replace the microchip for no charge, including shipping. We will exchange any Stainless Steel Dog ID Tag at no charge. Simply mail us the non-working ID Tag to 205 W. Main Street Sugarcreek, OH 44681 and we will mail you a replacement.


My Dogs ID reserves the right to, at our discretion, issue or decline to issue refunds for services purchased. You agree that My Dogs ID is not obligated to issue a refund for any reason. Notwithstanding the foregoing, My Dogs ID will not be liable for any failures in the Service or any other problems which are related to (a) the Customer Data or Customer Systems or (b) outages to any telecommunications or public Internet backbones, networks or servers, or other equipment or service outside of My Dogs ID facilities or control. A refund will be issued for 100% of the purchase price if the customer has emailed us and requested a refund within 3 days of original purchase.
